I have been a professional weaver for twenty years, working in Germany as a freelance artist and lecturer, designing and making carpets and tapestry.
Now I live and work in the Canary Island of El Hierro, where I have my own Weaving Studio, specializing in Kilim carpets and tapestries. They are all hand-woven on a horizontal hand-loom, using 100% sheep wool, coloured with pure natural vegetable dyes made from plants collected on the island. Each piece is unique. |

| I have recognized artist status from the Government of the Canary Islands. My work is exhibited and sold at exhibitions and shows - including Berlin, Nuremburg, Munich, Tenerife, Lanzarote and El Hierro - and also made to order as special commissions for individual clients. | |||||||||
